I Bid On An EBAY Item and Now I Don't Want It or I Want To Exchange It For A Different Item (Prior To Payment).
If you bid on one item and merely want a different item, simply send the payment for the correct amount for the item wanted (do NOT bid on the wanted item though)......however, you need to tell us in that payment which item you don't want and which item you are replacing it with so we can keep our records straight.
If you bid on an item and simply don't want to complete the sale, that is whole different ballgame.
Unfortunately, Ebay is not very forgiving when it comes to charging us for fees for auctions bid on. Even when the auction is bid on in error or not wanted later or for any reason………
Therefore, we have set out the following policy which we hope will help you through this process. <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = O />
There are 3 options available:
1. Select a different item and pay for it (do NOT bid, simply find another item and pay for it).
2. Pay a $5.00 per order. (This covers our Ebay initial fee and final sale fee and our labor to change all our records).
3. You may elect to do nothing. However, we will complete the Ebay process to recover our fees and that will impact your Ebay standing adversely.

e-baykorean이거는 혹시나 해서 올립니다, 만약 판매자가 case를 열어 unpaid item strike을 주려는 경우. 밑에 사진은 Unpaid item strike에 관한 이베이 도움 페이지 설명입니다. 
여기서 나와 있듯이 만약 판매자가 case를 열어서 이베이에서 통고 이메일을 받으면 7일 내로 답장하세요. (그렇지 않으면 바로 unpaid item strike 받습니다. )제가 위에 쓴 이메일 글에서처럼 왜 돈을 내지 않았는지 설명하세요. (통할지는 모르겠지만.) 보통 이베이에서 몇 일에서 열흘 내로 판정을 보내줍니다. 만약 이베이가 판매자 손을 들어주면 unpaid item strike을 받게 되는데 나중에 판매자하고 잘 얘기되면 판매자가 빼줄 수도 있고 아님 타당한 이유로 이베이에 항의 하거나 판매자에게 그냥 돈 보내서 그 보낸 증명만 하면 이베이에서 unpaid item strike 빼줍니다. 뭐 당연히 판매자와 잘 얘기해서 타협을 찾는 게 가장 좋기는 하겠지만 만약 판매자가 고지식하다면 뭐 이 방법은 할 수 없는 수순이겠네요.
저같은경우엔 저정도 길이 영작하려면 2시간은 걸릴것같은데..

제가 나름대로 판매자에게 보낼 이메일을 적어 보았습니다. 밑에 이메일에 xxxx 자신의 이름과 이베이 아이디를 넣어서 보내세요. 지불 방법은 페이팔로 가정하에 적어 보았습니다. 내용은 배송비 설명을 잘못 이해했고 아직도 $16.70 만 내도 된다면 지불하겠다는 내용입니다. 밑에 이메일 내용을 필요하신 대로 판매자에게 보내는 이메일에 적용해 보세요. 좀 도움이 됐으면 합니다.
Hi, my name is xxxx. My ebay id is xxxx and I have used buy now to buy 5 cd roms of “COSSACKS BACK TO WAR W98-XP NEW CD” item number 380101609757. From the total price that was charged to me it looks like I misunderstood your shipping charge description on your listing. The way I understood your shipping description is that shipping for first item is $6.95 and additional items are additional onetime $4.75 no matter how many. This made sense because few more CD roms to first CD only adds few ounces at most in terms of weight. And people buy in bulk to get some discount or get some good deal.
I didn’t expect to get charged $4.75 for each additional item. I didn’t see your description “additional auctions” as “each additional item”. I ordered 5 CD roms so my calculation was $5 for the CDs and for the shipping $6.95 for the first CD and $4.75 for 4 other CDs which the total comes out to $16.70
Come on, you are trying to charge additional $19 for 4 CDs which adds few ounces to the first CD from shipping. You are merely adding 4 additional CDs to the same package for the first CD, which will come in one package.
This is not change of mind for no reason; I misunderstood your shipping description, specially the phrase “additional auctions”. I will expect to see something like “each additional item” if you meant to charge for each additional item for shipping. I am not trying to pull out of this sale or anything like that I want this to work out myself. I don’t want to waste your time and mine.
I will pay $16.70 if you adjust the charge or if you send request for payment thru paypal in payment of $16.70 or I will send payment of $16.70 to your paypal e-mail Loot@hoots-loot.com if you reply back with acknowledgement.
