페이팔이 돈을 묶고 있어서 판매자에게 돈이 가지 않은 상황이네요.
전 구입자고요.
photo id, credit card statement, proof of address
세 가지 요구하기에
1. 여권 디카로 찍어서 업로드->photo id
2. 해당 카드사에 페이팔에 보내야 한다고 요청해서 영문 서류 업로드(이름, 주소, 카드번호(뒤에 6자리 별표) 등 기재)
->credit card statement(cc statement 항목)
3. 역시 해당 카드사에서 발급받은 결제 내역서(승인 떨어졌는데 거래 확정이 되지 않아 구체적인 자료가
카드사에 없다고 합니다. 해외승인된 시간과 거래점포(싱가포르 페이팔 등) 등등이 기록된 서류.

4. 가스 고지서 디카로 찍어 업로드 -> proof of address
이렇게 각각 업로드를 하였습니다.
그런데 안 풀어줍니다. 제가 준비해서 줄 수 있는 서류는 다 줬는데 안 풀어주네요.
자꾸 서류 제대로 챙겨서 자기들이 원하는 서류를 달라는 거 같은데
달라는 대로 제가 줄 수 있는 대로 줬는데 미치겠네요.
일단 메일 한번 더 기다려 보고 있는데 붙여넣기 기술로 똑같은 메일이 올 거 같네요.
메일 오면 아래쪽에 추가해 넣겠습니다.
도움이 절실히 필요하네요...
탈퇴도 안 되고 계정 제한 때문에.. 죽겠습니다.

페이팔에서 메일이 왔습니다.

We have received your documents. Thank you for your cooperation.

The accepted document(s) is /are Photo ID.

But we are sorry that your account access limitation cannot be lifted at
this time. We need more information.

***To resolve your limitation effectively, please provide all the following
steps in one time by logging in resolution center.***

Unfortunately we do not have an interpreter on staff that can translate
your documentation in Korean. Please translate the key parts of (holder
name and address) your documentations if in Korean into English when fax or
upload them to us.

1.Credit Card Statement. Please provide a copy of your recent monthly
statement for the credit card ending in 3016. The statement must show your
name, address and account number exactly as they appear in your PayPal
account.

2.Proof of Address. Please provide a copy of a current utility bill. The
bill must show your name and address exactly as they appear in your PayPal
account. In place of a utility bill, we will accept a copy of a cell phone
bill, bank statement, credit card statement, tax document or any other
official documents that helps us verify your residency at the address
listed on your PayPal account.

3.Complete Name Change. The documentation provided listed a different name
than the name registered on the PayPal account. To submit a name change
request:

(1). Click https://www.paypal.com/wf/f=ap_namechg or copy and paste the
entire link into the address bar.
(2). Log in your account and complete the form and click 'Continue'

Your request is then reviewed by the PayPal Account Review Department. If
we are unable to complete the request with the information you have already
provided, you will be contacted by email advising you of what information
is needed to complete the request.

We review the received documents in order and generally it takes 3 to 5
business days to process these documents. Once we process your documents,
we will contact you by email about the status of your PayPal Account.
