해외에서 프로그램 하나를 구입하려고 페이팔에 가입했는데요.
이름과 주소 등 대충 기입했습니다. 중요성을 모르고요..
(이름 k 주소 k 이런 식으로)
결제를 하고 complete 나오고 카드사 내역 들어가도 해외결제 된 걸로 나왔습니다.
결제 확인 문자도 오고요.
그런데 바로 제한이 걸려 버렸어요.
이걸 풀어야 돈이 셀러한테 갈 텐데 푸는 방법이 어렵네요.
제가 결제 확정번호 네 자리인가.. 그것까지 입력 처리했거든요.
그리고 프리미엄등급으로 업그레이드도 해 놨는데..

resolve 인가 이렇게 된 항목이 저에게 요구하는 서류들이죠?
그걸 모두 충족하면 풀어주는 건가요?
저에게는 PHOTO ID와 credit card statement와 proof of address 인가..
이렇게 세 개를 요구하네요.
서류준비는 어떻게 해야 하며 서류가 준비된 후 팩스가 아닌 해당 항목마다
업로드할 수 있게 되어 있는데 스캔본 등을 업로드하면 제한을 풀어줄까요?
주소는 정보수정으로 바꾸었고요, 이름은 contact us로 NAME CHANGE 항목 찾아서
바꾸기 신청은 해 두었고요.
PHOTO ID는 여권 복사할 생각이고 statement는 카드사에 페이팔에 보낼 서류 필요하다고
요청하면 준다고 해서 그거 스캔해서 올릴 생각이고.. proof of address는 고지서나 카드명세서 등
보내면 된다는데 영문공증 안 하고 그냥 집으로 날아오는 것 대충 스캔해서 업로드해도 처리될는지요.
답답해 죽겠습니다. 영어도 잘 모르고..
묶인 돈 포기하고(금액이 적어서) 탈퇴하고 재가입하려고 했는데 제한 걸린 채로 탈퇴도 안 되네요.

새로운 계정에 제 명의의 '다른' 비자카드를 등록해서 사용할 수는 있나요?
기존에 제한 걸린 것도 비자카드입니다.
